What Will You Do in This Role?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable professional to join our team as a Payer Relations Coordinator. In this role, you’ll manage insurance verifications, authorizations, and payer communications to support smooth SNF admissions and timely reimbursement. You’ll collaborate with clinical, billing, and admissions teams to keep processes efficient and compliant.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
- Minimum of three years of prior related experience required
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player
- Prior experience in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
