Property Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our commercial real estate portfolio.
What Will You Do in This Role?
As a Property Administrator, you will assist property managers with administrative tasks, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and lease compliance to ensure smooth property operations and exceptional service to tenants and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the property management team.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants regarding work orders, maintenance issues, and general inquiries; dispatch service requests to vendors.
- Coordinate and schedule property inspections, maintenance work, and vendor services.
- Ensure vendor certificates of insurance (COI) and contracts are up-to-date and compliant.
- Support tenant move-ins and move-outs by coordinating logistics and preparing necessary documentation.
- Maintain property marketing materials and support leasing efforts when needed.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Two or more years of prior administrative experience required, preferrably in commercial property management or real estate
- Familiarity with commercial leases, building operations, and property management practices required
- Must possess effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities required
- Ability to build positive relationship with tenant, vendors, and team members required
- Must be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset
