The 360 Recruiter position is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process for all positions within the assigned community. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position in which the role is responsible for sourcing, reviewing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding candidates and new hires. The 360 Recruiter will also assist with completion and review of New Hire Feedback Logs and Exit Interviews. This role will be pivotal in identifying problems within the recruitment and retention programs and working closely with the regional teams and the community to find and implement solutions. As a 360 Recruiter, you will have new assignments on a regular basis (approximately every 3-5 months). Additionally, you will be required to conduct regular onsite visits to the assigned community.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit for a wide variety of candidates - professional, clinical, and non-clinical
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for assigned community - applicant to onboarding as a new hire
- Maintain daily communication with assigned communities to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes
- Perform virtual and onsite interviews, offer candidates, review total compensation package, and negotiate salaries as needed
- Maintain ads for assigned communities
- Assist new hires through the onboarding process for assigned communities
- Work with Regional teams and community leadership to identify problems and then find and implement solutions
- Ensure assigned communities are set up with the proper training, tools, and resources
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One or more years of prior experience full cycle recruiting required; prior experience recruiting in a Long-Term Care/Senior Living environment highly preferred
- Must have excellent computer skills, proficient typing skills, and the ability to navigate web-based programs with ease; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites required
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Must have the ability to work well in a team environment with a demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships
- Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and self-motivation
- Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems required; prior experience with iCIMS and PayCom highly preferred
- Knowledge of Indeed platform highly preferred
- Must be highly flexible and able to operate in an environment of constant change
- Must be able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time; ability to travel overnight required, ability to travel with short notice required
