What Will You Do in This Role?
The Revenue & Financial Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing private pay collections, revenue cycle management, and financial compliance across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Senior Living communities related to Private Pay. This role will lead efforts to collect aged private pay accounts for SNFs, support Senior Living Revenue Managers, and collaborate with facility and corporate teams to ensure financial stability. They will also work closely with the financial team to review financial statements, troubleshoot PCC setup, and implement best practices for private pay collections.

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administrator, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Five or more years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility and Senior Living revenue cycle management, billing, or financial operations
- Proven experience in private pay collections, accounts receivable oversight, and financial troubleshooting
- Familiarity with PCC is required; Yardi and MatrixCare experience preferred
- Prior experience with financial statement review and revenue cycle reporting required
- Excellent leadership skills with experience working alongside BOMs, regional revenue and financial teams, and corporate leadership
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
