What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for continuously seeking to identify and implement process improvements. The position is responsible for collecting data for analysis to develop and monitor annual budgets, assisting with monthly forecasting updates, identifying reporting needs, creation and maintenance of dashboards to monitor KPIs, providing financial analysis and support for investment decisions, identifying and implementing improvements to financial systems, tools, and processes, and supporting and assisting with other ad hoc projects as requested.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Minimum of three or more years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Prior experience with Power BI highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of GAAP required
  • Ability to analyze, develop and implement responses to operational process challenges
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to proactively identify issues and solutions, and the ability to demonstrate high ethical standards
  • Must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
