Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist

The successful candidate for this position will have:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa or Illinois or a compact license from another state.
  • Proven leadership experience with at least one year of successful experience as a Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist in a Skilled Nursing setting or at least three years of experience as a facility SNF MDS case manager.
  • Experience with MDS 3.0, ICD-10, PDPM, and Medicaid Case-Mix Reimbursement preferred
  • RAC-CT preferred
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 75% of the time
  • Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes and unwavering quality care; and
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic Microsoft knowledge
