What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Regional Director of Maintenance and Life Safety, you will be responsible for overseeing and  supervising the maintenance and operations of facilities in your region. This position will work closely with regional leadership, admins, and maintenance directors in their assigned region. You will plan and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. You will also ensure the region is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems. This position is on call 24/7 in case of emergencies.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
• 2 years of experience in a Regional role preferred
• 2+ years managing projects
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
