What Will You Do in This Role?
The Revenue Analyst is responsible for designing, maintaining, and validating all revenue-related reporting to support SNF and Senior Living communities generating over $40M in monthly revenue. This role ensures data accuracy, trend consistency, and clear communication of financial performance to revenue leadership and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of post-acute care revenue drivers (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay), can translate complex datasets into actionable insight, and works in close partnership with IT and Financial Analysts to ensure consistency in enterprise reporting. This position is critical in providing the Director of Revenue Cycle and C-suite leaders with timely, digestible, and reliable financial insight.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance or a related field required
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of reporting or analyst experience in healthcare revenue cycle, SNF/AL/IL strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel required (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas), experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong SQL or database query experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of Skilled Nursing and Senior Living payer sources and billing cycles
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to billing, collections, provider
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
