What Will You Do in This Role?

The Revenue Cycle Compliance serves as the primary lead in ensuring regulatory, operational, and billing compliance across multiple Skilled Nursing and Senior Living communities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of revenue cycle processes through oversight of credentialing, payer enrollment, and financial systems setup. The specialist will be the point person for managing provider enrollment (including PECOS and IMPACT), configuring and auditing background setup in PointClickCare (PCC), and leading clearinghouse enrollment for SNF and Senior Living billing platforms. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of industry standards and compliance expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary compliance lead for SNF and Senior Living billing configuration in PointClickCare (PCC), including payer setup, rate tables, and claim workflows.
  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of payer enrollment and credentialing, including PECOS, IMPACT, and commercial insurance plans.
  • Coordinate and oversee clearinghouse enrollment and maintenance, ensuring alignment with billing platforms and payer requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of all credentialing and revalidation submissions, including provider updates and facility changes.
  • Maintain centralized documentation for all active credentials, applications, and enrollment statuses.
  • Review and resolve billing setup issues that impact claim generation, submission, or payment.
  • Guide and support revenue teams and facility staff in compliance procedures, payer setup, and billing requirements.
  • Oversee and implement updates in PCC that impact SNF/AL revenue cycle compliance, including regulatory changes or system upgrades.
  • Ensure timely handling and routing of revenue-related correspondence and mail.
  • Provide compliance training or guidance to billing teams and facility contacts as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administrator, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • REQUIRED Minimum 5 years of experience in SNF revenue cycle operations, with oversight responsibilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) billing configuration and background setup.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SNF billing requirements, Medicare/Medicaid billing compliance, and clearinghouse processes.
  • Experience with PECOS, IMPACT, and provider credentialing/enrollment workflows strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent compliance initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, with excellent communication and follow-through skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required
